Course Instructor

Dariusz Wolejszo is an experienced, pro-active and innovative Planning Manager. He has a proven track record of achievement on several different projects, and over 20 years project controls experience working in both client and client-facing roles.
Dariusz has a vast experience and knowledge of advanced planning techniques; Risk Analysis, Earned Value Analysis, Critical Path Analysis.
Dariusz started his career in 1991 in a business services graduate program, working his way up through the ranks before moving to his current employer to lead the planning team to success.

Outcome & Course Outline

This course will help you understand the tools, basics and advance features and functionality of either Primavera or MS Project so you can apply them to your organizations project management processes.

You will also learn Project Management Fundamentals. All workshops and instructions stress the three basic elements of project management: Schedule, Resources and Cost. At the end of each day, You will apply the concepts and functionality you learned in a case study.

Outcome

The primary focus is on Project Scheduling. The course objective is to teach the planning and scheduling theories as well as the scheduling in which the software uses. This class is for Professionals starting a career in Project Control, and Project Managers looking for an introduction to planning software. During the workshop we will introduce and teach the software of your choice: Primavera or MS Project. The course provides the knowledge of the project lifecycle as well as software concepts. By undergoing this course, you will know how to create, schedule, execute and report the whole project.
