The AI-Design Sprint Process Automation is based on the proven Google Design Sprint
methodology. But instead of taking one week we compressed the core sessions into half-day
sessions and focus on AI. The course consists of the AI-Design Sprint Process Automation, and
is the way to develop AI concepts for your company as a team. It’s hands-on, fast and intense.
What you will experience:
This course consists of 4 short sessions spread over three weeks.
WEEK 1
1st session: AI-Design Sprint Process Automation Pre Session (4-hours)
In this session we look at a specific focus area in your company, e.g. a specific department or
high level work process, map opportunities within this area and define a focus for the AI-Design
Sprint Process Automation core session.
WEEK 2
2nd session: AI-Design Sprint Process Automation (half-day)
You match process steps with AI, using cards, form AI-based concepts, test, iterate and
evaluate these. You will also get first feedback from our AI expert.
3rd session: Technical AI Design Sprint (one-day)
Based on the developed solution our AI expert facilitates a one day “Technical AI Design Sprint”
together with your company’s IT department. The team deep-dives in investigating the technical
feasibility of the different solutions.
WEEK 3
4th session: AI Expert Recommendation Presentation (2-hours)
A week later our AI expert presents the evaluation and documentation. He presents a data
strategy and suggests next steps towards implementation of developed AI-based process
automation concepts.
